Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to support IT recruitment operations of Shakti InfoSolutions, Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and recruitment data management. The position requires working during night shift hours to support global recruitment operations, in close coordination with senior recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Talent Sourcing: Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
- Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical and telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
- Hiring Team Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, schedule interviews, and gather feedback.
- End-to-End IT Recruitment: Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer release and onboarding.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- ATS & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports using the ATS.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and job roles
- Experience using job portals for candidate sourcing
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
