Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure successful closure of business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing, Customer Acquisition, B2B sales, B2C sales, SaaS, IT services or service-based industries is preferrable.
- Knowledge of sales processes and business development strategies.
- Experience using CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of market research and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
