Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to
- join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
- generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's growth
- objectives. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong business
- acumen, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure successful closure of business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing, Customer Acquisition, B2B sales, B2C sales, SaaS, IT services or service-based industries is preferrable.
- Knowledge of sales processes and business development strategies.
- Experience using CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of market research and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
