Ms. Baby Marimuthu serves as the Manager / HR of OCTS Pvt Ltd. As she always wanted to empower people, Ms. Baby has pursued human resources by completing Post Graduate Diploma in HR despite completing Masters in Mathematics. Being a strategic HR professional, she strives hard to translate the vision of OCTS into HR initiatives that improve performance of the company.
Having vast experience in almost all domains of human resources, she has provided consistent inputs to help OCTS find right talents and provide them with the best opportunity for their career growth.
Ms. Baby and her insights has brought new dynamics to the team and this has helped her to grow from Executive - HR to Manager of the company within the short span of time of her association with the company. Being a team player, she has never failed to bridge the needs of both our company and employees to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
