Quick update: We were at the Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for Women’s IT-Day event as Keynote speakers!
We’ve all been there, events hosted by colleges and boring speeches that go on and on about the student’s futures. That was not the case(and never will be) when our management team was invited to speak at Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for Women right here in Karaikudi.
The Department of Information technology of URCW recently hosted a program for the IT-DAY celebration and invited our management squad comprising of – Mr. Benjamin Meshach(COO), J. Preethloshni(Manager), and the Asst. Manager – J. Manoj Sabarikiran as honorary guest speakers for the event. This invitation(on its own) is a testament to our success and position as ‘the leading IT company in Karaikudi.
The event proceedings kicked off with an address by the department head of the college, including introductions to OCTS. When his turn came to address, our COO Benjamin pulled a rabbit out of the hat(not literally!) and offered on-the-spot jobs to two of the toppers from the department. He also promised to conduct a campus recruitment drive for all the students irrespective of their departments and educational background. To keep the enthusiastic mood going, Ms. J. Preethloshni talked about Data Science and business analysis, and last but not least, our Asst. Manager Manoj gave some insights and valuable tips about the interview process.
Overall, we can say that it was worthwhile for our organization as we not only contributed something to the future generation but found two new members for our OCTS family.
