Mr. Prakash Gajendran – (HR Manager)

Mr. Prakash has a strong educational background. He pursued MBA in HR and Systems Management at Shakara School of Management in 2002. Following that, he started his career in the construction field in Southeast countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Maldives between 2003 to 2005, where he gained experience working with project managers and recruiting contractors. Later, Mr. Prakash led the role of Manager in the UAE Exchange in India, with a particular focus on Total Quality Management from 2006 to 2010. Then he worked in Dubai as a Manager in an exchange from 2011 to May 2024, with a primary focus on training and grooming new staff.

Mr. Prakash brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He is young-minded and energetic, showcasing a great enthusiasm to collaborate with the younger generation. He is a great inspiration for the team. Through his enlightened vision, he is guiding the entire team to foster greater achievements and milestones that could be cherished forever in the annals of OCTS.

In his leisure time, Mr. Prakash can be found reading books, travelling, swimming, horse riding and gardening.
